Quicksilver was a spiderman body with a quicksilver head glued on...the head was resulpted as was the hair to reseemble his look in the 90's cartoon. He was painted the exact blue color he was drawn and the white lightning bolt design is exactly even all the way around the figure...epoxy was added to his waist and neck area to give him a more muscular look.
