I just got some cheap loose Neca Predators & Later I realized they must be factory rejects because one of the predator had all left hands in both arms & all of them don't have their predator signature retractable blades. What should I do with them? My friend gave me a suggestion to create my own predator which I gladly follow

Haha, no, the non-retractable blade is not a factory error, they all have that issue......No idea why neca went that route, making them retractable could have been so easy...
