this a character from a science fantasy idea I've just started to pen

Drakus is from the realm of Barshyer a land full of creatures from your wildest dreams to your deepest nightmares.
the three main tribes that occupy most of Barshyer are .The Humans the current holders of the Warrior King Crown.
The Blood Goblins fierce rivals of the humans .And The Lancyre a techno-organic race that there is little know about.

Drakus is the First son of Markus The Just ruler of Barshyer , keeps the land in balance .
after a battle inside the castle led by Goldeth the Fierce leader of the Blood Goblins. Markus is challanged to mortal combat by Goldeth under the threat that if he refuses the whole goblin army will storm the castle . Markus denies the challange on the ground that he does not believe Goldeth is a True Warrior . in a rage Goldeth suggest that they pit both of their best warriors against each other
Markus agrees sending out Drakus .
Goldeth sends Arkanis his Half goblin Half human nephew . a great warrior but an outcast for his half blood .( custom coming soon)

The battle is grand with both warriors giving their all . In a swift move Drakus overpowers his opponent . with his sword pressed to his downed oppenents chest he demands he yield . Arkanis yeilds but so only Drakus can hear . As he turns he is struck from behind Arkanis removing the warriors left arm with one huge swing of his blade . once the defeated Drakus is removed Arkanis slays the king and his uncle to claim VICTORY and the crown of Barshyer for himself.

Drakus dying from his wound as the new king has commanded. Is rescued by Priest of the lancyre for they know the young warriors true destiny to become The VARKYRE . A master warrior in all forms of bladed and hand to hand combat .

The priest implant a small techno-organic seed in the wound were his left are should be that instantly grows into an exact replica of the original only metallic but still able to feel all the sensations of the original

for the next 20 years Drakus is trained but the Lancyre I all their ways both every day life and combat. so that he can fill the role which is destined to him. whilst Arkanis plunges the land that he loves into kaos
