I was sad that playmates toys never made a figure of this character. I set out looking fore the perfect base to make him. After months of saving fodder parts I dissided that I had everything I needed. I tried to make this figure as accurate as I could to the cartoon. He's a bit to tall but apart from that I'm happy with how he turned out.

hat: a micro-machine satellite dish dremmeled down and covered in sculpt the chin strap is a rubber band.
head: tmnt Usogi totally resculpted the beard was a peace of hair from a lcbh striker and I used a peice of string dipped in white glue fore the pony tail the ears were from a human torch.
body: the body was a old star-wars figure that I resculpted to be fatter I also sculpted the vest and part of the loin cloth.
arms: the arms were wrestler arms that I shortened and then resculpted.
hands: I decided his arms needed smaller hands so I added some from the fodder bin.
legs: the legs are the hips of a wrestler figure plus sculpt
feet: the feet are from a x-men animated ice-man with sandals made from Popsicle sticks
I used a screw to make the neck joint.
