Full custom paint job.

I bought the stealth Venom because he was cheap and I wanted to hone my painting skills. Used black matte for his body, couple or reds (blood red + black/white and some colors) on his mouth and tounge, white for eyes, teeth and spider symbols. I also dry brushed some dirty yellow to get a little caries on him, it makes him more beastial in my opinion. Tounge and mouth are also dry brushed with differend shades of afore mentioned red.
I though about painting the slime on his tounge green but I prefer the wet-from-saliva effect brought with light pink and gloss varnish. Also varnished his whole mouth, eyes and parts of chin.

As for the spiders. At first I wanted to have two identical symbols but after paiting the front one (I prefer this spider) it was hard for me to paint the other the same style. So I got to the conclusion, that in nature nothing is identical and the symbiote is a living organism, not a spandex suit. That's also the reason why the spiders' edges are a little blurred and the symbols are painted with some heavy cotes of white. He's living, changing all the time and I wanted to show it.

And the web shooter pads? Yeah, I like some holes in mine.
