I made Mr Sinister after Guido_vcgga suggested the base figure. Thanks to him for the idea. Sanded the feet some then sculpted over the lower legs. Base coat in blue then top coat metallic blue. The cape was made from foam sheet. The head is from Mutt sculpted lower chin area. Thanks for looking and as always comments are welcome.
Yeah, I never thought the Titanium Man figure would work for anything. It was guido_vcgga idea when he made a Cable that he told me about it. it worked out great very easy custom to pull off.
