I used Johnny Storm base and removed the flames and filled them with apoxie. I kept his gloves and boots black and painted the blue on his costume white, several coats of white. I dry brushed silver on top. Painted face a couple shades of brown and the hair was white then I used the paint/wipe technique with black over it. And white-out the eyes.
