Francine Krueger was a murderer in Springwood notorious for killing children and was aprehended, then later released. But the mothers and fathers of the childeren tracked her down and found her in the boiler room were she took her victims. The parents used knives broken bottles and other sharp object which is responsible for her scarred facial features.

I changed the burns to cuts to retain attractiveness ,the custom was basically a repaint except the fodder hat and cut up plastic sheet for the claws
