I created my Deadpool entirely out of a Marvel Legends Hand ninja. I filed down the chest with a dremel tool and resculpted the chest and back. I then did a lot of dremeling on the head and removed the hood around the face. The belt is just a bunch of Maria Hill belt pouches glued to his waist and around his leg. There is no actual belt it just looks that way. I was satisfied how this came out being my first custom figure. I cut the hands to be open and so the finger would go on the trigger I used Testor Paints and sealed it with a non-shine semi-gloss spray paint. His joints were red already so I didn't have to worry about popping him apart to glue paint over the joint hinges to keep the color from wearing. The sword sheath on his back came from a TMNT Leonardo - I sculpted onto the end of it so that the blades wouldn't hang out at the ends. My Deadpool has a side arm and a hold-out pistol holster on his ankle. His belt buckle is metal, made it out of a rivet. The silver thing by his sidearm at his waist is a silencer - I know he doesn't use them often but I figured 'what the hey' and added one.
UPDATE: Added some trim to his suit's lines, and added an extra Marvel Legends Deadpool 2-pack head, because I dig the sculpt but thought the body they gave him wasn't has built as the Deadpool I'm use to seeing in the comics. Hope you guys enjoy the update, and the non-blurry pictures.

Awesome work bro, this Deadpool is epic. I really dig the way this custom came out, it looks factory made.

I went crazy with the dremel tool sanding him down, I never put that much work in to an action figure before, but at the time I just lacked the parts to be lazy. He was made almost 100% out of a Red Hand Ninja from a 2 pack with Nick Fury everyone at the time was using Nick as Deadpool but I liked that the ninja was already red. I wasn't too good at painting joints so the paint wouldn't rub off. So I decided to sand off all the details - the kneepads on the knee joints, the armored vest the shoulder pads on the upper biceps and most of the forearm guards then the sculpty I had was complete rubbish, some automotive stuff that hardened too fast and was impossible to sand...I am still proud of that guy even years later. heh

The swords came with the Marvel Legends (Deadpool+Warpath) 2 pack, they look similar to the ones that come in the 2 packs with electra and Ronin or the Hand Ninja and Nick Fury, only the handle sculpt is different.

not really blurry, cool custom, armed to the teeth. how did you get the swords? I see these a lot, with the extra-long handles(normal for japanese swords).

From what I can tell, you did a great job! It's hard to tell because the pictures are a little blurry.
You definitely put a lot of work into O_O, I can't believe you used a hand ninja and did all that dremeling.
