Another villain that I've been wanting to make and decided to way back in April of this year. He was nearly finished then, but problems just kept coming up with it. So I got tired of screwing around with it, threw it in a baggie, and put him away until a few days ago. He's been in the back of my head since then and I really wanted to finish him because he's a very cool character and I've not seen anyone make him in his old school first appearance garb. And regardless of costume, using FO Sabes like a few others still works great with this character. Took him back out from his baggie, tore him apart, reworked and then repainted him again until I was happy with him. He may have started out as a pain in my side, but he definitely is one of my favorite customs I've done to date. Here's the parts lowdown:

Head: FO Sabes (sculpted on all the hair except for the chops, gave him ears and scar as well, feathers also sculpt)
Body: FO Sabes (resculpted his chest and upper back, belt, and elbow hair)
Forearms: ML Blackheart (smoothed then resculpted musculature, and wrist band)
