I had a Tony Stark head from my Iron Man mark II or III (I forget) Which I always though didn't look very much like Robert Downey Jr.

The Mech Test version of Tony Stark's head was a huge improvement so I thought I would get hold of one.

I used a suit I got on a website which matched the suit he wore when he was rescued from Afghansitan after escaping in the Mark I, so I thought it would be cool to have a figure of him with his arm in a sling looking a little beaten up.

I made the sling from kitchen paper towel which I set in shape using PVA glue mixed with blue paint. I also made him a little burger as the first thing he want's when he gets back is a burger king.
