My base figure was Psylocke, the same as I used for my Dark Phoenix custom. I remved the head and replaced it with a Poison Ivy head. I sliced the leaves off her face and repainted her. I also sculpted her a new chest. I think it looks better than Psylocke's and it was easier to paint the Phoenix symbol on. I repainted the whole figure and gave her a flaming base and she was done.
