Wellwhen I saw this fig I thought it looked like whirlwind but when I got home and did a reference check it didn't work for any of his costumes. But I wanted it to be Whirlwind so I took elements of his costume and a Wolvie head that had been mauled by my ferrets. I liked the look of the damaged head so I removed his hair and gave him the machinesmith hair do. And then I found a couple of CyberSpawn parts to mahe the helmet added a little sculty to finish it off and a couple bits of plastic for razor blades on his arm and helm. and painted. When he was done I decided he looked like an Ult. version of the character.

As I do not believe he has been intriduced it the Ult. Universe I made up my own story.

Victor Pemperton was a mutant and at 14 he discovered this to his dismay. He was playing B-Ball with his best friend and neighbor Kelly Joel Robins and a gang attacked them for being on their "turf" His best friend was stabbed he snapped and ran head long in to his friends attacker spinning his arms manicly. Next thing he new was being cut all over his face so fast he couldn't make out what was happening. Little did he know he was spinning into the knife slicing himself to ribbons. The only thing he new is he wanted to kill the guy cutting him and he pushed forward and as he did he heard a crach and a spray of blood. His asalants arm had been ripped off and the knife fell to the ground and he was being sprayed in his assalants blood. He stopped and he and his freind limped away both scarred for life. Once they had gotten fairly close to home they where rushed to the local hspital to be treated. Kelly hada large knife cut across his abdomenem that doctors where luckily able to fixin time to keep him alive. Victor was also lucky as he had lost a lot of blood and they where able to stop the bleeding but his face was seriously scarred Doctors had to do skin grafts to much of his head. The gang had run off scared of the little hurricane they had just watched rip their leader apart. Leaving the gangbanger to die.
Kelly wrote the whole image of the victor turning into a hurricane off to shock as everyone told him this was impossible and that he must have been delusional due to lack of blood. But a part of him knew what he had saw and was jealous. The gang that had attacked them always avoided the two from then on. Victor soon learned what had happend as every time he lost his temper he became a living tornado and destroyed most everything in his path even if he moved only an inch. He also soon learned how to control these bursts and was even able to figure out how to move at near subsonic speeds over 20 miles at a time and if he was careful he would do very little damage over these great distances. He then told his best friend and they played with what to do with his new found power. They decided to start their own gang and they where successful. Soon they had tributes flowing into them for their protection from gangs and a misterious little tornado that only Kelly could seem to make disappear. But Kelly wanted more and started pushing Victor to robbing places. Kelly's jealousy grew with every succesful heist. Kelly finally became so jealous that he tried to kill VIctor but instead Victor broke off his friends arm as he had the gangleader years before and so scarred at terrified at what he had done he paniced and decided to run unfortunately his powers activated and he stepped toward his friend rendering him to un idetifiable pieces. Horrified as his eyes now accustom to his s[eed saw every detail in his friends face as it happened. He ranaway but with no real education and afraid the police where always behind him he became a thug for a man was called the tinkerer who made him a costume that made it so he could control hispowers even better and trained him into an assassian. Selling Victor who he had renamed Whirlwind to a man named Wilson Fisk.
