Came across an old issue of Captain America, when he went up against Dragon Man. After fixing up the details on the Marvel Universe Cap, thought it be cool to make Dragon Man for him to fight.
Had to use several different parts to make him fit in this scale. The torso came from a Hulk, changed the arms from a Mcfarlane Tremor, and the lower legs came from a Tomb Raider Shadow Guardian. Got the head from a toy dog and completely resculpted the large forehead, beak and lower jaw. The wings are from BAF Annihilus, got the tail from fodder.
