Head & cape: Medevil Witchblade, Body & legs: XMC Rogue, Arms: Sota SF Cammy, Hair: X-Men Water Wars Storm. This figure was a bit of a PITA: the head required quite a bit of sanding and dremeling and the collar had to be sculpted on. The bumps on the collar are the heads off of pins. Other than that Anna here was just a direct repaint.

Looks good, Very nice I would like a slightly sharper phot so I could see the details if possible. but your recipe is great as is you application of the recipe.
