Here is Neico from Booker T's PWA in Houston, Texas. Neico is a former champion of PWA and many other organizations in Texas. He recently had a TNA try out match and appeared on TNA television pushing Pope's casket.

I made Neico by repainting an MVP head and putting it on a John Morrison body that I repainted and added sculpt onto to it so as to appear to have fringes.
