I started by removing the action button from the back, and filled the hole with Apoxy Sculpt, then I carved the new spider on the back and front, repainted the entire figure and added some red color mixed with glow in the dark paint for the eyes.

My wife told me: "Why don't you make a different color Spidey?, they are all red and blue!"
She is not a huge Spider-Man fan, so I tried it!!!
