I wanted to create a blue clone trooper like the one on StarWars.com Episode III wallpaper. Unfornately I could only find the blue in gloss. I'd prefer flat. He is a "clean" trooper instead of a "battle wear" one so that makes the gloss a little more exceptable. I tried to mask off areas to get a smooth line. It unfornately bled a little. Also, if I do this again (maybe an orange one like in the movie), I think I'll try acrylic paint. The model paint seems to react a little with the plastic. Kinda makes it a little soft or something and long drying. I wanted to keep his regular blaster with him too, so I made a sling for it.
