I loved Fallout New Vegas, and thought the guy on the cover of the game was very cool, so I tried to create him. This second custom of mine was a lot harder as I found out through a much more frustrating, but rewarding process. The original base figure was a lot smaller (4.75 Inch) and needed a large amount of customization, almost to the point where most of what you see is Apoxy sculpt. Add a crazy colourscheme to the mix and this one took me a while to complete. I used Neo's cape and customized the gun with a piece of straw as barrel, and used a toothpick with Apoxy to create a scope. The base is again Danger Girl, and for the sign I used a CD case, buttons and speakerwire to create the neon letters. It turned out ok in the end I think. Let me know what you think!
Updated on 9-2-2011 with shoulderpads I cut from the inside coat of Jonah Hex's Turnbull, assembled a new revolver and I also updated the paintjob and drybrushed a bit more.
WOW,this custom looks AWESOME ! I'm making a BROTHERHOOD OF STEEL figure myself, will upload it once I finish it so you guys can take a look ! Regards.
Thx. It's still missing some shoulderpads, and the colorscheme could still use a bit of work. I've jusyt stumbled upon some material I can use for the shoulders, so there will be a V2 perhaps.
