DCU Batman base with a modified alex ross justice batman head.The cape is made out of a black latex dishwashing glove I got at the dollar tree store and hot glue in just the right places to make the folds,then I sculpted the chest and cowl pieces to look like the 1989 batman film the paints where done to look like the films suit using model masters acryl flat black and testors enamel gold for the belt and the bat symbol was hand painted in the chest piece.I like the way this one turned out its not an exact keaton likeness but still cool,love to know what everyone thinks so please leave any comment and thanks for looking!
I’m a huge fan of the 1989 Bat suit. I think it’s cool to see this style Batman without Michael Keaton's likeness. This came out really sleek and bad a$$.
The idea of using a black latex glove to fashion the cape is ingenious. I really like the texture on it that you achieved with the hot gluing. Well done! I'm not a big fan of the Alex Ross Batman head, though. I think it's the wrinkles in the forehead showing through the cowl. But in all fairness there are very few Batman heads that have the eyes visible instead of covered by a white lens.
