First appearing in Captain America Annual #4 as Magneto's second incarnation of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants that team of supervillains later became independent of Magneto renaming themselves Mutant Force. Slither has a largely reptilian appearance and he is able to wrap his extraordinarily flexible body around an opponent's as a snake can, and constrict himself, exerting suffocating pressure upon his victim.
