I present to you, Cassie the slasher slayer from the Hack/Slash series. This was by far my most complicated custom thus far. The Return of Supergirl figure had static hands and feet so I cut them off and added articulating hands from Barda and combat boots from a 5" Avatar figure. The additions to the boots are sculpted. The thigh highs are from Black Canary with rubber bands and fishing tackle added. The hair was removed and re-sculpted. I also added a choker out of craft twine. In keeping with my tradition of authenticity, (actually, only her partner Vlad's steel cleaver so far,) I fashioned a real oak bat with real nails through the end of it. "Kiss It" is carved and painted into it and then it was sealed. A special thanks goes to loose C. I was working on Cassie's head when he posted his Black Widow. It really made me concentrate on the face and the make-up effect. I hope the extra effort shows.
