I found this trooper in a charity shop with one lower left arm missing, paid 5p for it. Bought it home and stole the arm from storm shadow glued it on just below the elbow. Then painted the hand a nice black finish and took storm shadows swords of his back with a scalpel, seperated the swords with scalpel and minor sculpt and glued to a slightly modified (sliced in half) ammo pack, a bit of black paint on the sword sheath and stand, voila.
