Maria Hill! I would never have guessed, genius work for seeing Damian in that headsculpt! Very well done, you are right that a kid's head would look slightly larger compared to his body than an adults. I've just posted my own version inspired by yours, do check it out if you will! Nailed it that is the New Goblin on the smaller scale, then I sculpted the emblem, the belt and the skirt is foamy. don't just cut the foamy... cut it... then stretch it. pull it carefully, squeeze it etc. make it thin and fabric-y the head... that was my little stroke of genius its Maria Hill from Hasbro!
the head was dremelled on the cheekbones, lips and jaw to change the look from girly to young boy... then sculpted the mask and painted it. the head is bigger then the boy and thats what makes it look like a kid. the younger u are thr bigger ur head is so thats what pushed it for me

This is one of the best Damian Wayne Robin customs I've seen! I think this is a Spider-Man 3 5-inch New Goblin base figure, I really would love to steal that recipe. However, I really have to know - which head is this? It's perfect!
