Custom union jack III "joseph chapman" .
Joseph chapman is the third person to assume the union jack persona since world war I.

Recipe:
Base figure: x-men logan.
Head: ml union jack.
Mask, hair, headphone, bulletproof vest and gauntlets was sculpted with epoxy putty.
Hand painted.

Paid this guy $180 to make a commissioned piece. Was very friendly and sent WIP pictures, and promised to send the completed figure by Halloween '15, then nothing. Hasn't replied to emails since, contact has ended completely. Fair warning about this artist. Avoid him.
