Another scalawag joins my original pirate crew: William Kingsley

Kingsley is known as the Sea Wolf - an expert smuggler, swordsman, and marksman. A deserter of the British Royal Navy, Kingsley has found his true calling as a "privateer" of sorts, and his connections and trading savvy are an asset on any ship.
