Skids - Battle Damage (Transformers - Alternators) Custom Action Figure
Here is one of my battle damage figures I had done earlier this year. Inspiration comes from the Transformers comics & cartoons, plus my background in making crashed 1/24 NASCAR models - put'em together and this is the end result..... Gotta give a big thanks to greymonk for the cracked glass method - although not on this figure, I am currently working on that technique.....THANKS ! ! ! ....ENJOY ! ! ! Just a warning though these are very dangerous to make - I've had more close calls with the slippin' & a slicin' than I care to remember.
Usually if someone asks me how to do this I say this :
It's easy ! First you cut your fingers then pull the tiny pieces of flying plastic out of your eye then you cut your fingers again, get a good burn in there and when yer dizzy from the paint just blow off the dust & yer done ! ......
Anyway its a good idea for the next time I make one.....
