I made this for a custom figure contest a while back on The Technodrome. Laird is an unlockable character in my TMNT fangame (he started out as an April Fool's joke, but apparently people liked the idea), that I've been working on for the last few years. The base figure is The Doctor from Star Trek (thanks to my friend Evenstar for helping me track down who to use!) with Baxter Robot's glasses and Raphael bandanna ends for the lapels. His Segway is a combination of accessories from Bikin' Leo, Krang, and Serling.

I actually posted photo of this in the comments section of Laird's blog back when I made it and he seemed to like it - he even mused on how he hasn't been as in-shape as the figure in years.
