A very obscure character that confronted Blackwulf and Captain Marvel, it is a agent of the Celestials that battles beings that have abused of their powers (he should be appearing constantly by that description lol). Nevertheless, a character with a very interesting design. Made with a wrestling deluxe, epoxied his head, and painted various coats of white and then yellow to achieve a decent colour. Also used yellow foamy for shoulder pads and waist pads.
