base: Mr. Sinister. head: Namor. Cape: Superman. His body was almost completely resculpted with epoxy, to eliminate the striped uniform of the Sinister. Painted with vinylic paints.

This Gladiator is excellent! I love the cape, the re-sculpt worked out great, and the the namor head is a super solid choice!
