Garuda is a character from the game Street Fighter EX. I find him really cool and been planning on doing a custom figure of him a few years ago finally I had the time to work on it.
I used SOTA Revolutions Akuma as base figure. Hair is made of Marvel Select Sabretooth 'furs' the armor parts, lower pants and skull head is sculpted.
This is absolutely fantastic! The work and sculpting put into it paid off cause Garuda looks Perfect! Garuda was probably my favorite character to use in that game and its great to see a custom of him!

Excellent Garuda, one of my SF EX favorites, and you did an stellar job on him! BKZ: EX3 did come out, many years ago, as a launch title for PS2. It wasn't much different from EX2, other than 4 player capability and a new character that you could custom build.
