I was not Just not completely happy with how the MU Goliath turned out. The articulation was the same as Marvel Icons Figure as was the base. The head looked more like Tom Foster than his Uncle Bill and so did the musculature. So I decided to use a recipe I had seen done many times on here. Maximum Agression Bobby Lashley with a few tweeks. The hands and belt were from LCBH Clownface, boots were sanded off as well as some of the veins, everything else was sculpted- hair, mask, legs, chest, wrist, and ankles as well as the belt buckle. The belt is removable and was made from 2 Clownface belts hooked together with twisty ties and glued in place with one side being glued as a nub to fit the hole making it removable. The back of the belt is padded with painted foamie to avoid rub. Everything is painted in acrylics and sealed. Thanks for looking. Please comments are appreciated and welcome. Let me know what you think.
Steve and BKZ, thanks for the kind words guys! Really means a lot! As far as the head, it is a great sculpt but much like the rest of the figure it lacks bulk IMHO. I liked the sculpt in the product photos enough to get a prototype, which I bought seriously on the cheap though!
AWESOME Goliath, you did justice to the character! But I have to say I love the sculpt head on the MU version but hated the super skinny frame they keep recycling over and over!
