i like making these old skool bad guys, cant have enough bad guys.
i used the havok base, with pyro hands, sculpted belt, chest lightning, detail on side of costume. custom sculpted boots, with "electric orbs" same orbs around gloves, and belt, all sculpted. custom shoulder pads. custom headsculpt. citadel paints, dullcote clear

nice addition to the lethal legion, now you need whirlwind and powerman before he was goliath. I agree there can never be too many villains, though toy companies seem to not get this concept, even though vilains outsell heroes 3-1 lol. well, my applause to your fine work keeping 70's marvel villains alive
