The face looks really good.
The abs are a bit off, and it can be tough to make the little foam bits the exact same size. Try cutting them in pairs or more if you can, theat can help with an even look.
The round chest thingies are also a bit oddly shaped. (or maybe that's how the character is, I don't know.) Take a trip to the hardware store and see if a couple washers might fit the bill. Hardware stores are a great source of parts!

Well, the bits of foam look good, it matches the rest of the suit, I'm just saying re-cut the foam (mainly the top four pieces) to make it more even.

That's still awesome, the face looks great. All I'd say to fix is the little squares on his abs, try and make them all the same size and shape so it'll look neater.
