I went through some old cards and found hitman from the suicide run Punisher. easy head swap with punisher and then fodder pack him out and then add some grenades and painted them white -hand painted the face. Added the bazooka and street sweeper and that was about it  Please wait... |

But I'd suggest rubbing brown acrylic and black - maybe even mixed with some boot polish into the rubber band it should then dye it enough so it doesn't rub off
Permanent marker could work too - if it isnt being handled a lot

Rubber bands can be a pain, because they can dry out and crack, and even stick to your awesome figure. That would suck!.
You could use a piece of old shoelace or brown or tan ribbon to make the bazooka strap.
