Here is another Gladiator version number????? I have made so many I lost count lol. Made from WWE ELite Batista, cape from fodder sorry don't know what figure it came from. Hope you like him.
I have to say after reading all these wonderful comments that my head has gotten so big that I can't fit through the door, I want to thank you all. And that all of you are a inspiration to me, seeing all these great customs in these great site with so many great artist!
This hobby is about taking a base figure, parts, accessories, paints and imagination and spitting out a character that wasn't there before you started. You do this so well keep up the great work. Its fun to watch from my end. Thanks Steve!
I hope you guys don't mind me joining in on the feel good train, but I just wanted to put in my two cents This is an awesome custom, hands down. I've noticed myself how great the wrestling figures lend themselves to customizing, and the Batista figure is used to great effect here. SteveID, your work is one of standards I try to hold myself to, although I'm still pretty new at this, but I just wanted to say thanks for being an inspiration and keep up the always awesome work. Oh...and Gladiator looks awesome too lol.
Thanks stevid, and you're welcome. Mine would be out already if I didn't over multitask, and try to do 15 things at once. I just get busy because I end up waiting for sculpt work or paint to dry, next thing you know I have started yet another new custom! Keep making the wicked eye candy dude!
This looks great stevid! I can't believe how well that converted batista head looks! The figure gives you a good size, the costume looks awesome, and the paints are stevid calibre quality! Good stuff!
