Hello,first custom here,I made some sort of Ultimate Shredder using the Ninja Gaiden figure from Neca,the kabuto(disassembled and glued over Ryu head),shoulder pads and blades for hands,forearm and shin are from two different playmates figure,the belt is made from faux leather,the straps is taken from LCHB Conan's sheath.
I repainted the blades,straps,and the chainmail parts on the costume in order to match the kabuto color.
The shoulder pads are glued to the straps so they won't interfere with the arms movement.
