Triad Champloo body, sculpted head and hat from scratch

One of those rare non 6" scale figures I've done. Luffy here was for a guy in Singapore for a friend, but I won't get into all that. I've never worked with this kind of body before, but it was just perfect for this figure. Not superhero muscled, slim like the character should be. The head sculpt and the hat were both challenges, but I think I got them right. Also sculpted his pants and scar. His sandals are foam and vest is vinyl.
wow! a 12 inch luffy! I love the show, it's really funny. and you did a great action figure of luffy. you really captured his likeness from head to toe. it would be nice to see some interchangeable elongated arm and leg extensions for him, but nonetheless, it's a great looking figure! straw hat pirates FTW!
