I started off with some kind of cheap G.I. Joe and told my friend Im gonna make this into Snake. At the time MGS3 wasn't out yet, but when it came out it inspired me to make it into a Naked Snake custom. At first the toy wasn't detailed at all, the original body was really 99 cent quality it kinda looked like (Beleive it or not) Arnold Swarzenegger. Then I started Customizing. The joints were all loose, very little articulation, and one of the hands fell off. I got so angry I ripped the head off and glued it onto a Extra Poseable G.I. Joe Body the joints similar to Spiderman toys. the radio in his ear and the thing that clicks when he turns it during a incomming call was made from a Teck deck Dude Special ops Space Radio thing. The boots were fom a G.I. joe footlocker solider. the strap holding the survival knife was from a gi joe sigma 6 duke figure. the clothes and belt were from a dragon toys NAM Solider, I Think. those straps that are over his sholders and the belt is accually flat shoelace hot glued together. The gun also from the NAM soldier can accaually cock back and has a removable supperssor and two removable clips. Working on gloves. The beard was made from black nail polish, hey don't get all mad were sold out of brown. The bandanna is made of black tape. Black tape rules!
