A more cartoon accurate version of Bebop than Playmates' old college try. Most of the fig is Charlie from Street Fighter, with the head of the Pig Cop from Duke Nukem (which was a pain in the butt to secure). Skull necklace came from the original Bebop figure, and the shoulder pads are from the original Rocksteady. Bandolier and wrist chain are from some shop that was providing G.I. Joe scale accessories, and the glasses are a rejiggering of Genghis Frog's. All other details are sculpted.
