I've always been partial to Union Jack, probably because he was the first English super hero I read about. This custom was one that I was wanting to do for a long time, but didn't trust my abilities at first.

sanded down the DD logo, and used a dremel to drill a hole in his left fist to hold the dirk (which also had the handle sanded down to fit in his fist). His revolver, holster and the submachine gun (not really visible yet, but I'll update later with another pic) I won from a certain website . I used sculpt for the front of his mask, the pouches and to fill in the hole from where I removed the nunchuck holster. To paint the flag, I painted the entire chest area white, then masking taped off the white strips. Then I painted the body blue and red and finally did his eyes last. His red straps are pieces of leather strips painted.
