Body - Clone Trooper
Belt - Stormtrooper
Robes - Left over material.

This would be amazing work in 12" scale, but in 3 3/4 in scale it is just unbelievable!!!

WOW Man... this is so cool!!!
I liked how the Clonewars Anime designed his combat duds in the Cape and armour - LOL - looks a bit like Dr Doom
