Enforcer's another classic Ghost Rider villain. He owned a movie studio, which is how he got mixed up with stunt-man Johnny Blaze and thusly, the Ghost Rider. They had some pretty cheesy fights since he used to have a medallion that shot disintegrator beams rather than his super-pistols. He got his butt kicked and then teamed up with the Water Wizard to get taken down again by Ghost Rider. Later on became an enemy of Spider-Woman and Werewolf by Night, and most recently his nephew took on the role of the Enforcer during Dark Reign.
