Dude, this is cool I think I understand where Bob-A-Ferret is coming from, but there is a simple solution "Elseworlds/Alternate Reality" this could be the Justice Lords Flash or Crime Syndicate or some other version since those 2 were "not so nice" Thumbs up to different realitys!!

Your right an Elseworld, or Earth2's Johnny Quick would be able to incite fear.
But just a note the Justice Lords Flash was super nice much like Barry and Wally and it his death that made the heroes decide to cross the line turning the Justice League into the Justice Lords. Some heroes continued the good fight like Green Arrow and Black Canary only to be exiled or lobotomized by the Justice Lords. The Flash was the heart of the Justice Lords and losing him to a vicious murder was too much for the heroes to take. Oddly in that universe wally never came to be Flash, Just so you know. Yes I am a smartalec. LOL Though I do agree if there was a Justice Lord Flash he would be a perfect candidate at that point.

Let me start this off with Amazing paint apps and wonderful reworking of the fig.
I don't get it! (No I don't hate it, No I don't hate you) Flash has been possessed by Parallax and yeah... NO this doesn't work for me, I just do not get it. No member of the Flash fam is able to instil fear so they would never become yellow lanterns. Even reverse flash that would be a long shot. But that is the geek in me so whatever.
Otherwise nice fig really well done clean work I like the yellow power effects and might have to do that to a regular flash my self! But the geek in me is shaking his head going HUH?
