Did this a while back when MVC3 came out. basically just Shield soldier body with HML Two Pack Human torch head with sculpted hair. Also sculpted sleeves and boots, and used cape as the lower part of his Long Jacket. Thank you!

The sculpt looks great. Nice use of the cape! The Shield soldier was a good base for this.
