There was a time when Cyclops had his hair exposed while wearing his second X-Factor costume, and I wanted a figure that represented that. This was around the time of the Marvel Comics Presents story, Retribution (hence the name of the custom), where he teamed up with Banshee to stop Master Mold from releasing a mutant specific disease.

Base: Captain Marvel

I sculpted the visor and a little extra hair in front of it, as well as the cuffs on his arms and boots. I also added an extra bit of fist to Captain Marvel's right hand. The original hand looked ridiculous. Seriously, what was that all about??

I'm going to make a hooded version of this costume soon, but since that was already made into a figure, it's low on the priority list.
