I have an almost complete collection of Scooby doo action figures, but I still needed more.
So I picked my favorite villains and got to work!

To make the Snow Ghost I took a Mcdonalds Pixar Pals Sully, dremeled off the details, and sculpted the head.
Then my father took a sharpie pen and drew the face.

It was a simple but very effective custom. And it was a blast to make!
