Got the recipe from someone else's Victor so can't take too much credit. Base body Clown Face. Hulk hands. And Neca Guile head. Apoxy right sleeve, hair, jacket, belt, stitching, head bolts, and forearm extensions. A little Apoxy on quads for extra muscle, but didn't work out as well as I'd hoped. Acrylic paint job and voila!
