Base Figure:She-Ras body and head,Catras dress,Hordak staff, Spawns Angela head piece.
Height:6.00 inches
First I used Angela's(from Spawn)head piece instead of the She-Ras head wings to give the character a more evil look. Second I removed the chest piece from Catras dress and repainted it black incliding the boots and arm bands. Finally the sword is made using the handle from a Lady Death sword, the blade from the She-ra sword and I put a skull on each side wich I got from a ML Mystique.
