Billy-Bob Reilly was a mutant who could expand his body, making it fatter. He joined X-Force/X-Statix to fight crime and become rich and famous. After many successful missions, Phat was killed while trying to contain a bomb.
This one took a LONG time to get around to, a couple of years. I had the base figure, FF movie Johnny Storm for a while, knowing I wanted to make Phat with it. I finally got my inspiration from, of all things, my beloved Grandmother's passing. Rather than mope around, I dedicated this one to her, and got to work. I made significant alterations to the legs to make them more vertical. I removed the jacket, but kept the hood, and added jacket pockets to the pants. The feet were from a Hulk 5 inch figure, and the hands from fodder. The alternate hat-less,fat head is from Kingpin, with added hair, and the alternate fat hands are from the Blob.
